Welcome to Eldridge Dental!
Whether this is just your regular visit or your first time in a long time, our office is committed to making you feel comfortable and cared for. Our patients are our family.
For patients new to our office, welcome and thank you for choosing Eldridge Dental!
Your initial visit will begin with a review of your medical and oral history. One of our experienced registered dental assistants will then take a preliminary set of digital x-rays to update your chart. The dentist will then perform a comprehensive oral evaluation and discuss their findings with you. Your visit will end with your cleaning, or if needed, a more complex cleaning procedure.
Our dentists will always thoroughly explain any dental treatment they recommend. Patient education is of paramount importance to us, so we invite you to ask as many questions as you may have.
Dental Emergencies
Dental pain can be excruciating and disruptive. If you are experiencing extreme pain or need to be seen by a dentist urgently, please know that we will do our best to accommodate you that day. While there may be a wait involved, our dentist will be able to at least evaluate you and take steps to getting you pain-free until we can schedule you back.
If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office and we will do our best to help.
24 Hour Cancellation Notice
Our dentists believe in giving their undivided attention to their patients, so we do not double book patients: your appointment is reserved exclusively for you!
To help us in making the most efficient schedule possible for our patients and our staff, we ask that you notify our office 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Given enough notice, we will be able offer that time to another patient who may need our care. We realize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so our office will do its best to help you in your scheduling needs.
Please note: appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
